For 10 years, Legacy Ventures has been partnering with business schools in organising strategic MBA International Consulting Projects (ICPs) to help organizations from around the world to assess industry and market challenges, clarify strategic alternatives and act on operational and organizational implications.

An International Consulting Project (ICP) is an intensive consulting assignment ranging from 4 to 10 weeks in which MBA teams are 100% focused on finding solutions to clients' strategic issues. During the ICP, a team of multicultural, multi-disciplinary MBA "consultants", supported by faculty from their business school, deliver fresh, unbiased insights to your business.

• Evaluate consumer behaviour and competitive forces in relation to these, using qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques

 

COMPANY INVOLVEMENT

  • Appoint member(s) of management team and a project leader to support the MBA team

  • Give MBA team access to industry and business information (an NDA will be provided if required)

  • Dedicate 4-6 hours to online/virtual meetings with the MBA team throughout the duration of the project

  • Participate in final 1hr presentation with MBA team and faculty remotely or on site
