We have developed proprietary knowledge in each destination and our design services extend beyond the management of academic and business presentations. We work with experienced and credible local partners that assist with ground handling activity in each destination, making for a seamless and efficient experience.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION AND CONFERENCE MANAGEMENT

We work to identify the right hotel accommodation and conference venues according to your budget and objectives. We select hotels based on their location, proximity to meeting venues and popular amenities, modern and comfortable design and business services.

As most of our clients are business people, we ensure the hotels have good conference facilities with built-in modern equipment (projectors, microphones, Wi-fi), rooms for project work sessions and business centres.

LOGISTICS AND TRANSPORTATION (FLIGHTS, BUSES, TRAINS)

We have an in-house travel team capable of managing all flights, accommodation and logistical activities for groups ranging in size from 15 to 150 participants. We select trustworthy airline carriers and most convenient times and prices for our clients.

We work with our ground partners to select local transportation companies based on the quality and safety of the vehicle fleet, drivers’ record and experience and value. We develop a master transport plan and itinerary and ensure all routes are efficient, convenient and avoid traffic jams. We also assist with all train transfers.

PROJECT AND RISK MANAGEMENT

We aim to provide a seamless and carefree experiences for our business school clients and provide overall program coordination between all parties. We spend significant time on program execution before and during the program. Each program is meticulously planned by our program managers in coordination with our ground partners at destination, local guides and network associates. 

LOCAL TOUR GUIDES AND PROGRAM MANAGERS

All of our groups are accompanied by bilingual guides at all times that can provide participants with local tips and advice. If required, our groups are also accompanied by a program manager who has considerable experience working with MBA groups. They act as the main port of call for all program queries and ensure a seamless experience for all participants on the ground.
